- Add SmartOrganizeConfigModal for configuration
- Add OrganizeJobsPanel for progress tracking
- Add OrganizePreview for reviewing and confirming
- Add smart organize button to address bar
- Add i18n translations for zh-hans, zh-hant, en, de
