Most important of all you should have the StylePile.py file and the StylePile folder with the example images. Upon next launch the script should be available in the **Script** dropdown at the bottom of the page. Loading the scripts may take a little while, so it won't appear right away. Currently gradio has a bit of a bug that keeps a part of the script on screen even if it isn't active. I'm looking into a way to get around it.
